Brand building without revenue accountability is decoration. Every programme I run is measured against business KPIs, not vanity metrics. ABM, demand gen, industry marketing. All of it ties back to the number the CEO cares about.

Your campaigns should reflect what the CIO wants to talk about.

CIOs aren't looking for products. They're looking to solve real business problems: reducing latency for global operations, securing hybrid infrastructure, enabling AI at scale. Your campaigns should map directly to the use cases the CIO is already trying to solve based on the business demands they face. When you do that, you're not selling. You're becoming part of their solution.
